At ShinySecrets, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

๐Ÿ“น Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package being opened
  • The product inside
  • No edits, cuts, or filters

Without valid video proof, return or exchange requests will be declined immediately.

โ— Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must provide the unboxing video as proof.

  • Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted
  • Products damaged after delivery (due to handling) are not eligible for return or refund

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Conditions
If your return is approved:

  • The product must be in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included (jewelry boxes, tags, etc.)

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • ShinySecrets reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Please ensure that you are available to receive your order and respond to delivery calls/messages. If the customer fails to respond, refuses the parcel, or does not accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the order will be marked as rejected, and no refund will be issued.
    We request all customers to provide accurate shipping details and stay reachable during the delivery process to avoid any inconvenience.
